The clients wanted their dream home. We remodeled the whole house top to bottom. Three new bathrooms, a new kitchen layout including Miele Appliances, a small dining room addition with new exterior sliding door, new double sided fire place tiled to vaulted ceiling, new hardwood floors throughout, new decorative arched openings separating foyer from dining room.

Project included the complete renovation of this Coventry in Springton Village. Our Customer wanted to complete all renovations in advance of them moving in.

Kitchen & Bath

Demo & re-framing of walls in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry, Master Bedroom, and Master Bath to create a more open Floor Plan and to accommodate the new Designs.
New Kitchen with Fieldstone Bristol Cabinetry in Dove White for the Kitchen. The Counters were Mother of Pearl Granite.
The Kitchen included all new Stainless Steel Appliances, under cabinet and interior LED lighting, Custom Tile Backsplash, a very handy Pass-Thru Counter to the Dining Room, and generous Peninsula and Banquette with Seating for Four.
New Master Bath with generous Fieldstone Stratford Vanities with great storage, Frameless Glass Shower, Soaking Tub with Massage Jets and Chroma-Therapy, and Custom Ceramic Tile Walls & Floor. The Vanity Counters are Mystery White Granite.
In the Hall Bath we replaced the existing alcove tub/shower with a New Frameless Glass Shower with Custom Tile Walls, New Vanity, and Marble Counter.
For the Loft Bath we also replaced the existing alcove tub/shower with a New Frameless Glass Shower with Custom Tile Walls and Floor. We re-painted the Existing Vanity a Stylish Gray and installed new Hardware and Marble Counter.

Home Remodel

The Loft had an unfinished storage area that we converted into an Office with dedicated HVAC and insulation creating a very comfortable work space with special storage cubby for Art Canvases.
Installed New Hardwood Flooring throughout Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Foyer, Hallways, and the New Loft Office. Installed new Carpeting in all Bedrooms.
Installed all new Custom Baseboard, Casing, Doors, and new Brushed Nickel Door Hardware throughout.
Totally re-designed the Master Suite. Added new Sitting Room, a very generous Master Walk-In Closet, and Installed new Flat Screen TV.

1402 Springton Lane — This beautiful end unit Carriage House sits on an exceptionally prime lot on the 2nd fairway on the Hershey's Mill Golf Course. This 2,700 SF Home is 19 years old and was in need of complete interior remodeling.

Totally Transformed the Living Room with New 2-Sided Marble Gas Fireplace

New Living Room Provided Great Spaces for Owners Extensive Art Collection
