Our Project included the Master Bath and Laundry Room renovation of this Roussane in Yardley Village. Both Projects were completed simultaneously.

Meet Your Neighbor

The Owner has completed extensive remodeling in her 18 Year Old Roussane. About the only Rooms left to remodel were the Master Bath and the Laundry Room. Being a good friend of a previous Helping Hands Master Bath Customer, she had done her homework and knew what she wanted. One interesting aspect of the Laundry Room was that it needed to be very “Cat Friendly”!!

Bathroom

Demo of the existing Master Bath and elimination of the oversize Garden Tub and framing of new walls to create a “Barrier Free” Shower design that will allow Independent living for many years to come.
The new Shower Design incorporates a linear drain and is fully wheel chair accessible with grab bars located for safe and comfortable usage while maintaining a stylish design.
Demo of the existing Knee Wall between the original Vanity and the Toilet and installation of New Custom Fieldstone Roseburg Cabinetry in Dove White Tinted Varnish with Chamfered Side Panels and Wall Cabinets with Valance providing excellent lighting and storage.
Vanity Cabinetry has arched toe treatments providing a stylish furniture appearance.
Vanity Counter is Cambria Fairbourne Quartz with a single spacious rectangular under mount porcelain bowl.
Barrier Free Shower has no glass, no door, and large format tile with minimal grout lines which makes cleaning a breeze. A separate hand held shower with 72” hose is provided for convenience and to assist with cleaning.
A large shampoo niche is incorporated seamlessly into the tile design and a corner seat is provided for convenience.
Added Custom Crown Molding and tall baseboards in matching Dove Tinted Varnish to coordinate with the Cabinetry.

Laundry Room

Demo of the existing storage closet to open the space and create room for additional cabinetry storage and a convenient counter surface for folding clothes and a spot below for the Cat Kennels.
Installation of Fieldstone Roseburg Cherry Cabinetry with Chestnut Stain with Cambria Fairbourne Quartz Counters.
Added LED under cabinet lighting above the Washer & Dryer and for the new Folding Area Counter to provide excellent task lighting.
Installed the Dust Buster inside the sink base with its own outlet and provided broom storage in the new Pantry Cabinet.
Stripping of the old wall paper and new painting throughout.
